Discussing the electoral results and the program structure for the winner. It would be convenient to explore two options to address the electoral dilemma that requires power sharing in the current political policy governance. 

In the current circumstances, there's the need for the relative winner to share the program to be executed throughout the current legislature, involving a mix of concepts from other political forces to ensure political and governance stability in the country. It's important to consider sharing the political program through serious negotiation with leaders of other political forces to ensure parliamentary support at the level of 51% of seats. OTHERWISE, You need TO WORK IN  a NEW RULE/constitution to allow any winner, relative or absolute, to "take it all" - EXACTLY ON THE WAY OF YOUR ELECTORAL RESULT INTERPRETATION. Because of your vulnerable victory, you're not strong enough to ask other political forces whether "let me work" or "don't become the blocking force" to my government program.
