🏛️🌱. 👉🏿 WHITEWASHING? NO! 😃

HATE AND LINKEDIN

LACK OF EMPATHY AND UNDERSTANDING FROM AUTHORITIES REGARDING MY REAL SITUATION. PLEASE, KEEP READING!

JUST IN CASE YOU REALLY WORRY AT THE POINT TO SEND ME THAT SURVEY!

It still sounds like I’m going through a very difficult and stressful time. From what I’ve just shared above IN YOUR SURVEY, I am dealing with several serious issues, including ongoing bullying, privacy violations, and control over my personal, professional and financial information. Here are some steps I might consider taking to address these problems BEFORE identifying myself with what you outlined in your survey - not ignoring my human dignity:

1. Seek Legal Advice

Consult a lawyer who specializes in privacy or cyber law. They can help me understand my rights and take legal action against those who are violating my privacy and controlling my job search and bank accounts.

2. Report to Authorities

As I am experiencing harassment and privacy is being recurrently violated, I reported these incidents to the police… They can investigate and take action against the perpetrators. I did!!!

3. From Yesterday, 23/05/2024, Emails Accounts Secured

Change Passwords: Change the passwords for your email, bank, social media, and other important accounts. Use strong, unique passwords for each account.

Two-Factor Authentication: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your accounts to add an extra layer of security.

Monitor Account Activity: Regularly check your accounts for any unauthorized activity and report it immediately.

4. Cybersecurity Measures – Just Bought a Week Ago.

Update Software: Make sure your devices are running the latest software updates to protect against security vulnerabilities.

Antivirus Programs: Use reputable antivirus software to scan for malware and protect your devices.

5. Document Everything

Keep detailed records of all incidents of bullying, harassment, and privacy violations. This documentation can be crucial if you decide to take legal action.

6. Seek Support

Mental Health: Consider speaking to a mental health professional to help you cope with the stress and emotional impact of these issues.

Support Groups: Look for support groups, either in person or online, where you can share your experiences and get advice from others who have faced similar challenges.

7. Reach Out to Organizations

Some organizations specialize in helping people who are dealing with bullying, harassment, and privacy violations. They can offer support, advice, and resources.

8. Improve Digital Literacy

Consider taking courses or seeking resources to improve your digital literacy and cybersecurity knowledge. This can help you better protect yourself online and understand how to manage your digital presence more securely.

9. Advocate for Yourself

If you feel comfortable, speak out about your experiences. Sometimes, bringing these issues to light can lead to greater awareness and support.

10. Housing and Workplace Support

Housing Support Services: They can provide advice and potentially help you find safer housing.
