Mrs Dr Oxxxx, marriage require fidelity and I didn't try to defend infidelity by referring to the "opportunistic s??". However, I am defending the marriage and all its complexities - including growing children, being forgotten and pushed under the carpet and/or in a second plan behind "that occurrence" - yes, an "unfortunate occurrence" that on being disclosed to the partner, sometimes, will destroy everything like a nuclear bomb into the family home. No... in my modest opinion!
Please, don't be sad, because we are not before abusive and recurrent partner activities - it was just like a personal accident that will require some attention and time to repair/recover the confidence...
