👆🏾🍎COMPLAINT TO APPLE🍏 : My new MacBook Pro is now in absolute control of the intruders… since my first and unique visit to Apple Store in Exeter - I wasn’t able to open Zoom for an important meeting this morning and my mobile phone was in the same situation. There are more scenarios regarding direct intrusion and manipulation of my devices.

👆🏾Here, I hope your Customers Services Support Team will finally respond to my emails complaining about the impossibility of CHANGING MY DEVICE PASSWORD. According to your recommendation, I have been unable to complete the process even the form provided showing a box addressing the matter. Also, the 3000 GB data had been spent in just one day of use - very fast. Thank you for your email about upgrading my plan… I am unable to complete it without sorting out the security issue. Unfortunately, on opening the second device and none of them working (they even didn’t turn on), I am now not happy about your company due to this negative experience.
