Dear HMRC Agent Authorization Team,

I am contacting you after several attempts to reach your services regarding the disappearance of a new message in my company account. This message acknowledged the receipt of my letter, in which I requested a reissue of my Agent Authorization Letter. This letter, which had been authorized, issued, and subsequently stolen from my home, requires new credentials as it is currently being misused.

Due to this delay, I am unable to create my Agent Account or initiate any marketing campaigns, which significantly hampers my ability to fulfill potential client commitments and adhere to the prescribed timelines and deadlines, along with the associated penalties.

As you are aware, start-ups face inherent risks, particularly concerning pre-activity losses due to substantial fees and the challenge of securing a sufficient number of high-quality client receipts to cover all expenses. We are now in the seventh month, and I am still navigating HMRC Services to get started. This has been ongoing since September 2024, with an expected renewal every 12 months.
