As is often the case, your first impressions of yourself and others were pleasant; your messages were measured and kind. However, the welcome quickly soured as you became the subject of malicious gossip aimed at my name and dignity—a form of harassment that, it appears, is systematically enabled by YouTube itself.
It is a curious thing: my qualified contribution, the very reason you found your way to my page, is suddenly deemed undesirable. The author, myself, is now seen as someone in need of life advice. As a respected professional dedicated to helping others, you have unfortunately allowed yourself to be influenced by these negative undercurrents. Sir, what gives you the right to address me in such a manner, having fallen prey to unfounded rumours?
I regret to say that, in doing so, you risk complicating the world, contrary to the excellent and insightful subjects you cover in your videos. The behaviour of those who spread gossip is, in my view, criminal. They should not be listened to. I encourage you to remain true to your purpose—unless, of course, you are merely pretending to be a doctor (I say this with a touch of humour).
What name do we give to individuals who freely discuss the lives of others, particularly those they have never met? Such people follow my blog and work, not out of genuine interest, but to cast shadows via gossip and bullying. Their aim is precise: to neutralise any positive effects that might enhance my reputation or lead to tangible rewards.
This behaviour is an insult—not just to myself, but to all who are treated as mere sheep, manipulated for someone else's entertainment or gain. Doctor, I implore you to resist the influence of such individuals. Do not allow gossipers and bullies to undermine the integrity of your work or the dignity of those you encounter.
The world we insist on building should not be one where disrespect, bullying, and gossip thrive. Instead, let us strive for a space where kindness, respect, and genuine contribution are valued above idle chatter and baseless criticism. As professionals and individuals, it is our responsibility to model these values—both online and offline.
