Unfortunately your affirmation is exactly what the racist one would like to see, watch, and hear. While proceeding largely with his-her disgraceful and shameful actions over others with whom they don't identify. I am within those who believes in the ignorance as the source of lack of tolerance and respect on dealing with others of different ethnic background. Through my most recent experience in the United Kingdom, I never made reference to racism, but I did it to refer to an act from an identified individual. I understand how someone behaving in that way will feel when confronted with the real values and principles that support this society - that's why they will always hide and or mask themselves.

REMEMBER, MOST ACTS OF RACISM ARE INDIVIDUAL OR SMALL GROUPS ACTS. THEREFORE, WE MUST AVOID THE GENERALISATION OF THIS MATTER IN OUR SOCIETY. THERE ARE RULES, GUIDANCES, AND PROCEDURES IN PLACE... WHO IS IN DUTY TO CARRY ON A CREDIBLE INVESTIGATION, IS FAULTING THE TRUE EVERY TIME HE OR SHE IGNORES THE VICTIM AS WELL AS DRIVING THE PUBLIC TO WRONG PERCEPTION OF THE ISSUE HE-SHE IS DEALING WITH.
